What is XRDI?
The XR Diversity Initiative (XRDI) aims to foster inclusivity in the XR community by providing short 1- 2 day up-skilling workshops to under-represented groups, inspiring them to join XR fields and diversify the community.
XR companies seek diverse, skilled developers but face shortages. High demand for XR developers persists with entry barriers. XRDI is bridging this gap by offering participants hands-on workshops to help them get their foot in the door.
