Asha Easton

Asha Easton is currently Innovate UK KTN’s Lead for Immerse UK, the UK’s national innovation network for immersive technology professionals. The organisation works to grow the immersive tech industry in the UK, and make the ecosystem across the country less fragmented by facilitating connections between private companies, the academic community, and the government. Asha is particularly passionate about helping to promote diversity & inclusion in the industry. She is one of the original members of the London chapter of Women in Immersive Tech (WiiT), a co-founder of the XR Diversity Initiative, and an ED&I advisor to Europe’s first Metaverse fund, FOV Ventures.

Nina Salomons

Nina is a filmmaker who has won awards and works with XR technology since 2015. She co-founded a group for women in VR, was a journalist for 2.5 years, and consults for immersive companies. Nina introduced VR into UK prisons, organized immersive events in the UK, and runs her own XR company.

Anetta Jones

My name is pronounced ‘Aneeta’. I am an Emmy-nominatedMalaysian-British Creative Producer who has been working in documentary film and immersive storytelling since 2008. I work on projects that tell nonfiction stories in creative ways, whatever the medium.
I am currently Senior Producer at pioneering creative studio ScanLAB Projects where I have most recently produced FRAMERATE: Pulse of the Earth, a screen-based immersive installation featuring 3D time-lapse footage of environmental change. FRAMERATE has exhibited at Tribeca Festival, SXSW, La Biennale Venice International Film Festival, the BFI London Film Festival, TCCF Taipei, Elektron in Luxembourg and the PHI Centre in Montreal. I am currently producing FELIX’S ROOM, a documentary digital-theatrical production telling the true story of a Jewish couple’s experience in Nazi Germany.
Prior to joining ScanLAB, I was Lead Producer on Emmy-nominated VR experience, GOLIATH: PLAYING WITH REALITY, created by Anagram. GOLIATH is an animated, interactive VR documentary about schizophrenia and gaming, narrated by Tilda Swinton. It won the Grand Jury Prize at La Biennale Venice International Film Festival 2021.
From 2016 - 2019, I worked at The Guardian producing multiple award-winning VR experiences and an international documentary series.
